| We are currently recording the "Fort Vancouver Oral History Project" detailing each of the seventy panels that make up the Fort Vancouver Tapestry, and your help is needed. We are seeking recollections, anecdotes and not-too-tall tales for inclusion in a text and soundscape that will accompany the Tapestry exhibit. Please call Robert at the Tapestry workroom to learn of the many opportunities that await you. Please join us. The Fort Vancouver Tapestry is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation founded in 1999. Local foundations, grants, sponsorships, and the generous support of our community of friends provide our funding. Below is the complete tapestry as a slide show. Click to the Panels page for detailed drawings and stitchery of the individual panels. Click here for the project narrative. |
